Washing and Drying: Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, then rinse with warm water. Avoid soaking to prevent swelling and peeling. Dry immediately by hanging or using a towel.

Oiling: Oiling frequency depends on use. For frequent use, oil once a week; for occasional use, oil once every two months. To oil, apply olive oil or mineral oil from top to bottom, let sit for 1-2 hours, wipe off excess, and store in a cool, dry place.

Regular oiling keeps your utensils durable and lustrous.
